Based on your specific consultation, we will develop a profile for your business. In this profile we will coach you through your industry's current employee benefits climate. Furthermore, we will prepare comprehensive strategies specific to your goals to get your business on the right path moving forward.

Employee 1-on-1 Enrollment

After you have selected the optimal benefits package to offer your employees from our custom plan designs, we then begin our signature enrollment process. This process includes our bi-lingual counselors coming to your location to meet with your employees for a private 1-on-1 session to review their new benefits package. This ensures that your employees understand how to best utilize their benefits and the procedures included in the selected policies.

Dedicated Account Manager

A dedicated account manager will be assigned to you after enrollment. You and your employees have access to your personal account manager for all things service oriented. This includes but is not limited to; on-boarding new hires, assisting with terminations, help with claims, requesting ID cards, general questions, etc.
