Prescription Refills: Eligible for up to a 30-day emergency supply at any pharmacy, even if it’s outside the plan’s network.
Medical Equipment Replacement: Assistance is available for replacing lost or damaged durable medical equipment.
Vision Care: Support for replacing lost or damaged eyeglasses or contact lenses.
Preapprovals and Referrals: Extended timeframes to obtain necessary preapprovals or referrals without incurring late fees.
Claims Filing: Additional time granted for members and providers to submit claims.
Premium Payments: Members facing financial challenges due to the wildfires may qualify for extended deadlines to pay their health plan premiums.
